Please read all details carefully:
1. Download
and print the Conference Registration form (PDF Format) and fax or mail it to the address given at the bottom
of the form after making the payment.
2. Conference fee for CAITA-2004:
• $400/per person presenting a paper;
• $300 for those who participated in past IPSI-organized conferences: Hawaii, Purdue, L’Aquila, Amalfi, Belgrade, Kopaonik, Studenica, and Sveti Stefan.
• $300 for graduate students
• $100 for accompanying person
• Students attending the conference only are free of charge if they choose to attend the meals and tours the fee is $25.
3. Please e-mail to purdue@rti7020.etf.bg.ac.yu and indicate the following:

d. What are their names?
4. For payments initiated on May 31, 2004, or after, add a 10 percent late service charge.
5. No money back after the fee is paid. Substitution with another co-author of the same paper is possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The conference fee is payed per participant, not per paper. This means that (in theory, if paper(s) accepted) one participant can present two or more papers with only one conference fee payed. On contrary, two participants who are coauthors of one paper must pay two conference fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If an IPSI conference is cancelled after the payment was received, all money (except bank charges) will be returned immediately! So far it never happened that an IPSI conference was cancelled! Purdue University is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellation.
