Once you select the hotel, from the IPSI list, 
or another one,
make individual reservations directly to the hotel.
If you select a hotel from the IPSI list, 
please mention that you belong to the IPSI group,
so they give you a discount.

The discount is applicable only if you make your reservation,
and if you guarantee your payment,
40 days before the conference starting day
(for some hotels, this deadline is more than 40 days in advance,
so pease hurry up). 
In general, for Venice, the earlier you reserve, the better price you get.

Also, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT,
after you complete the fee payment and the hotel payment,
send E-MAIL to the conference manager, 
and inform the CMO as well (cmo@rti7020.etf.bg.ac.yu),
and indicate the arrival and the departure dates.
